Corporate Yoga & Meditation

This 45minute session is led by a Certified Yoga Instructor with options to meet all levels, including folks in a chair. Includes Yoga mats, props and music where applicable. We provide guided centering or meditation, brain nourishing breathwork, posture flow, and dedicated relaxation to fully integrate the session. Builds team connection and helps manage stress.

Wellness Challenge

These self-directed activities encourage team members to take daily, mini actions to improve their health and wellbeing, while also building company culture and fueling retention.
We are currently offering our Movement Challenge and our Self Care Challenge.

 
 

Keynotes and Breakout sessions

Boost your team’s motivation with one of Lindsay Coward’s professionally curated speeches! Perfect for your next Corporate Event, All-staff meeting, industry level Conference, Team Development day or in house training. Team members will walk away inspired and ready to take on the day.

Team Development Workshops

Led by team Yoga Nut and their affiliates, these 45minute sessions include hands-on experiential learning, access to powerpoint slides, worksheets or other handouts associated with the session. Builds team connection and provides tools for everyday wellness at work.
